• Full refund: Issued within 7 days of purchase. Item must be in original packaging with original receipt. Exceptions apply during holiday seasons — see Holiday/Seasonal Merchandise below.

• Exchange with receipt: Accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Gift returns: Eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
